What Is Your Passion In Life?
As I moved to Baltimore, I was wondering how many people are working in the jobs that they are passionate about. I think about my husband and how he finally is doing what he is passionate about full time, which I am excited for him.
I think moving to Baltimore has helped me to examine my life and where I feel the Lord is taking me. As a teacher for many years, I have been at a rock in a hard place because i ask these questions: is this the time to follow my passion or do I go with what I am familiar and gifted with (as far teaching)?
MY ULTIMATE PASSION is to do extremely well by making handmade cards/invitations, pillows, and simply just being creative! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE sitting in my arts and crafts room!! It is such a joy to see people smile when they receive one of my handmade cards! Now tell me what you are passionate about and if you are actually fulfilling your passion today! Or simply take a vote to your right.
The great thing is that I am able to live out my passion part time for right now! So thank you Lord for the little time I have!

Looks like your blog is off to a wonderful start! I love this post. I, as it happens, am not in my dream job. I am in a field I like a lot (teaching preschoolers) but my boss and other factors make it an undesirable place to be. While this is hard during my work hours, it is motivating when I am home. I am trying to create more and make it possible for me to get a part time job doing something else with someone else and hopefully generate enough income with etsy and craft fairs to make up the difference! I, also, am doing my best with what I have been giving and waiting to see what God has in store for me next!
